These terms govern your use of the Proviand app for Shopify, operated by BTNG B.V. ("we", "us"). By installing the app you agree to them.
Proviand provides inventory demand forecasting, reorder recommendations, purchase-order management and related reports for Shopify stores. The service is provided as-is and evolves over time; we may add, change or remove features.
Recommendations are computed from your historical sales data and the settings you configure. They are decision support — not a promise of future demand. Purchasing decisions, including their financial consequences, remain yours. We show every input behind every number precisely so you can apply your own judgment.
Paid plans are billed through the Shopify Billing API at the prices shown on the pricing page, with a 14-day free trial. You can downgrade or cancel at any time; Shopify handles proration. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Our privacy policy describes what we process and when it's deleted. You retain all rights to your store's data.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits, stockouts or over-ordering.
You can stop using Proviand at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate service for abuse, non-payment or legal requirements. Upon termination your data is deleted per the privacy policy.
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
